  • Where will my pet stay?
All pets, dogs and cats will be accommodated in one of our three climate controlled locations. Our three locations include Camp Snoopy for tiny to small breed dogs, The Barn for medium to extra large dog breeds, and our Cattery for all our feline friends.
  • Why is a Fecal Exam required?
The fecal exam helps us keep our facility parasite-free! We work hard to provide a safe and sanitary place for your furry friend to enjoy!
  • What does the "Meet and Greet" consist of?
At The Pack House, our Meet and Greet entails a 10-15 min appointment where our staff meets your pet! We want to make sure the environment will be a safe space for your furry friend and also make sure our staff can safely attend to your pet during their stay with us.
  • Does the boarding fee include any playtime for my dog?
Yes! All pets are rotated through our spacious yards. For pets that qualify for group play, they will be placed in groups based on temperament, play style, age, and size. If your pet is more of a Human Companion they will have two play times 1-1 with one of our attendants.
  • Are all dogs housed together?
All pets will have their own space. Owners with more than one pet from the same household can opt for shared accommodation, if deemed safe by our attendants.
  • Are the monthly activities only for day campers?
All dogs can participate in our monthly activities. This includes boarders.
  • Will I receive any updates about my pet while I'm away?
Every owner will receive a report card for each pet. Our report cards will show any pictures of your pet and an update on how their stay is going! We recommend all owners download the Paw Partner application. You will receive notifications for the report card and any time we tag your pet in a picture!
  • I see you're closed on Sundays, who will care for my pet?
On Sundays we are closed to public but rest assured our kennel attendants are on site every day from 7am - 6pm.
  • Should I bring my pet's food?
We highly recommend all owners bring their pet's regular diet in measured individual baggies. Your pet will be in a different environment and abruptly changing their food can cause an upset stomach. If you will be out of town during your pets stay we recommend you pack extra just in case plans change. We offer our house cuisine for an additional fee per meal.
  • How can I reserve after hours?
Download the PawPartner application or visit https://pawpartner.com/the-pack-house . If you're a current client, sign in to your account or for new clients create an account. First time Day Campers receive their first day free!
